Intel® Game On Drivers deliver the best experience for gamers playing on Intel Graphics with optimized launch-day patches and performance updates as new games release.
Unleash performance improvements to this summer’s biggest games with the latest Game On drivers. Today we’ve got launch support across the intense competitions of Counter-Strike 2 and F1® 23 to the stomach-churning horrors of Aliens: Dark Descent, Layers of Fear, and Forever Skies.
Counter-Strike 2
The sequel to the most-played game on Steam is here: Counter-Strike 2, a free upgrade to CS:GO, is moving out this summer. Currently in limited test, CS2 refines the legendary bomb-defusal squad shooter for modern gaming while keeping the beloved 5v5 formula intact.
Graphically, the Source 2 engine enables much more realistic lighting, making the maps you know and love shine even more. Some locations get big overhauls while fan favorites — Touchstone Maps — are only graphically enhanced. Hardcore players will notice server architecture has been totally revamped to unleash the most accurate competition seen in CS yet: your inputs are no longer limited by server tick rates. Counter-Strike 2 eliminates time delays for moving, shooting, and throwing grenades. Those grenades? Also overhauled! Rethink your tactics, as smoke can billow out of small openings and be dispersed by bullets’ paths.
Shortly after the launch of Intel Arc graphics, the Intel team was dedicated to delivering a smooth experience in CS:GO. Our software engineers are again committed to giving Counter-Strike players a smooth experience on Intel Arc graphics, which is why you’ll have a stutter-free experience when you move out in CS2. On the Intel Arc A750, the fast-paced tactical shooter moves fast at an average of 167 FPS at 1440p High settings. Perhaps more importantly, 99% of those frames are above 130 FPS — check out the chart below to see how the A750 has few tall spikes in frametime, meaning you’ll get consistent and smooth gameplay in Counter-Strike 2.

Aliens: Dark Descent
Express elevator, going down! Head to the surface of Planet Lethe to combat a new Xenomorph outbreak in this singleplayer campaign. Aliens: Dark Descent pulls no punches when it comes to punishing you in the gritty environment of the Aliens franchise. Fearsome Facehuggers, Praetorians, and more iconic enemies swarm large levels, leaving your squad to fend them off from every angle. Make the decisions as the Commander to lead your Colonial Marines to victory, each with their own class, weapons, armor, and perks. Leveraging their unique strengths is the only way to push back the Alien onslaught — otherwise it’s game over, man.
Even when the firefight gets hot, Intel Arc graphics keep cool under pressure. The Intel Arc A750 handles Aliens: Dark Descent with an average of 67 FPS at 1080p using Epic settings.
Drop in on June 20th and read more on the official Aliens: Dark Descent Steam page here.
F1® 23
The pinnacle of motorsport returns with F1® 23 — will you be the last to brake? A new chapter in the fierce story mode, Braking Point, adds more intensity to the dramatic singleplayer mode. The multiplayer pressure remains tense with foes to fend off for first and high-speed decision-making in your hands. Inputs are more precise than ever with F1® 23’s Precision Drive™ Controller Technology for gamepad players, and racers with custom steering wheel hardware still get the same broad support the F1® franchise is known for. You’ll need more than muscle memory though; the current Formula One World Championship™ season’s tracks have been updated for the most accurate racing experience.
The best way to win is by being fast, naturally. The Intel Arc A750 pumps out speedy frames at 130 FPS at 1080p Ultra High or 124 FPS at 1440p High settings with ray tracing off on the Monza benchmark. Want to be the flashiest driver on the grid? Turn on all ray tracing settings and XeSS in Balanced mode to keep racing smoothly at 100 FPS at 1080p Ultra High and 79 FPS at 1440p High.
F1® 23 is racing onto PCs on June 16th available on Steam.

Forever Skies
Toxic dust can’t stop you from exploring Earth, bereft of habitability. Forever Skies is a sci-fi survival crafting adventure like no other, where you’ll plunge into the noxious remnants of humanity. Search for limited resources to build your airship base up strong, safe above the surplus of sludge and destruction below. Maintain your dirigible’s hull, the precious layer keeping you aloft first, then customize it with a library of scientific tools to reverse-engineer the technology retrieved from below. The ultimate reward for braving this ecological horror and its trials is mere survival, a respite from the illness plaguing you and your family.
The ravaged world may be devoid of forests, but it’s flush with stunning graphics. The Intel Arc A750 stands up to this hazardous world with 66 FPS at 1080p High settings.
Ready to plummet into the poisonous plume? Forever Skies takes off for Early Access on June 22nd.
Layers of Fear
Artists know there is no light without dark. The definitive way to experience the psychedelic horrors weighing on the protagonists of the 2016 Layers of Fear and Layers of Fear 2 is here. As The Painter, explore with caution through the Victorian mansion, rebuilt in Unreal Engine 5 with ray tracing, high-res textures, and Lumen lighting for the most chilling version of Layers of Fear yet. Those same improvements wreak psychological torment on The Actor from Layers of Fear 2, confined to act aboard a mysterious ocean liner. All DLC from the earlier releases are included in this ultimate edition, including a new perspective from The Painter’s Daughter and The Writer, leaving you more to explore in search of answers.
The spine-tingling stories look great on the Intel Arc A750, with smooth framerates averaging 81 FPS using 1080p High settings.
Do you dare enter the darkness beheld by these intertwined artists? The Layers of Fear series’ crowning work permeates your mind tomorrow, June 15th, available on Steam.
Performance Round-Up
This latest Game On release makes another driver with strong performance in five new games. Intel Arc graphics are ready to aid you in the intense fights in Counter-Strike 2 and F1 23, the terrors of Layers of Fear and Forever Skies, or a tactical fusion of both in Aliens: Dark Descent. We’re not just giving you playable framerates on High settings in the newest games, we’re doing it at a better value too.

Looking to put this performance in your PC? The Intel Arc A750 has the muscle for all these modern games and more, with more performance per dollar than you’d get elsewhere.
